Electric service within the Town of Vermont is provided by either Alliant Energy, Black Earth Utilities, MG&E or Mount Horeb Utility depending upon the location of the building within the township.

Telephone and internet service is provided by Mount Horeb Telephone Company (MHTC) or TDS Telecom depending on the location of the building within the township.
